Friday, March 13th - Last day to turn in the Olympic Reading Sheet to the Library. 

Swimming Next Week

We will be swimming next week, March 16th-19th. Mr.Wilson sent home the sheet that you filled out and returned. Please remember that your child will need a swim suit, towel, and a bag to place wet items in when we finish swimming. Goggles and swim caps are optional. We will be swimming in the afternoon. Below are the times we will be swimming, please try to schedule any appointments around this if possible.
Ettinger - 1:05-2:15pm (This is when we leave and return to school)
Peek     - 1:50-3:00pm

End of the Year Dates

Below are a list of events that are coming up in the future. We wanted to share them with you in case you are looking for a time to volunteer or attend a field trip. More information will be coming on all of these events. 

Upcoming Events:

Swimming Unit at the high school- March 16th -19th (during school, no chaperones needed)

Doughnuts with your VIP- A-K on Thursday, April16th and L-Z on Friday, April 17th (Before school)

3rd-5th Grade Track Meet - May 8th at the high school (Parents may volunteer to help or just attend)

Potawatomi Zoo in South Bend - May 1st (Chaperones needed)

Reading Camp at Lincoln - Friday, May 22nd (Volunteers needed)

Lincoln School Picnic/Field Day - Tuesday, May 26th (During the day, volunteers needed)

March is Reading Month

We are so excited to be celebrating Reading Month! Check out the book bracket that our students will be filling out this week and participating in reading throughout the month of March. May the best book win!
